Herpes..? scared...

Hello I was wondering if anybody could help me out. Awhile ago after having oral sex (unprotected) and vaginal sex (protected) with a femal started having perineal pain and burning urination. After that I started having bad diarrhea and bad bowel problems which it still continues today. I went to the doctors for it and found that I had elevated liver enzymes and low WBC count. Which I've heard that herpes could cause hepatitis. I've also had anal discharge and wet anus everyday and a doctor has said it's a fissure but I've heard herpes can be shown as a fissure. I've taken 3 HSV2 tests one at 9,10,12 weeks. And then I've had 2 HSV1 tests at 20 weeks and another at 7 months. All have come back negative. But I haven't been able to shake the feeling that I have herpes. This whole time I've never seen a lesion on my genitals.

Could the bowel problems and liver issues be from herpes?

Could the anal discharge problem/anal fissure be from herpes!

And could I be one of the people that never produce antibodies of herpes?

Any help would be appreciated thank you!

Considering everything involved, I really don't believe you need one. On the other hand getting another test may help you if you are willing to believe the negative results.

I assumed that it was. All your testing has been nevative. Your dr said it was a fissure and not hsv. I agree with your dr and the rest is not symptoms of herpes. I would really start believing that. I hope you get answers to what's going on.

Do you think another HSV2 would be needed since the last one was at 12 weeks? Or is it not needed Bc the vaginal sex was protected?

You probably have a hemorrhoid as well. It's not common at all to get lesions inside and not on the outside as well.

The fissure is on the outside

Herpes can not cause hepatitis. This is clearly not herpes related.
You are correct that there is a percentage of people don't make antibodies, that being said you issues are not herpes

What about the anal discharge and the anal fissure?

Have you had your doctor swab the fissure for HSV? That would be my only other thought, to get that tested
