Herpes symptoms within hours?

A week ago, I had sex with a new partner.  I had shaved my pubic area (including underneath) just a couple of hours prior to sexual activity.  I have very sensitive skin.  We had pretty rough oral sex and I have irritation on my labia due to whiskers.  My inner labia has what appears to be an abrasion, smaller than a dime.  My outer labia has what looked like a small mosquito bite or an ingrown hair and now has a white head like a pimple.  These symptoms were immediate, I noticed them within a couple of hours.  Herpes symptoms could not manifest after an hour or two right? My entire labia area is pretty itchy still after almost a week.  Is there any home treatment that could ease the discomfort?

This isn't herpes.  Herpes would show up no sooner than 2 days.  Seek out your provider for a proper work up.
