Herpes whitlow and hiv

To start off I am very scared I did a stupid thing and I feel as thought it has caught up with me I know I shouldn't freak out over what I read on the Internet but I am so to start off I recently cheaped out on a massage my back was hurting and I didn't have the funds to pay for a good masseuse so I went to a asain place the lady gave a decent massage and then flipped me over without warning and started yanking my bits and pieces out of pure lust I reached up and put my finger between her lips touched her button nail upwards well only had it there for a few seconds and she was wet. Well when it finished I went washed off my hands I looked at her vagina and it didn't have anything on it I also looked at my finger didn't see any visible cuts or anything well it's been 10 days and my finger feels swollen and had like a bump not a blister on it the other day so I taped a latex glove finger around that finger I fear I have herpes whitlow but it's not around my na its on my second knuckle closest to my hand what are the chances this is that ? Could I have gotten hiv this way ? Please I a scared I need to go get tested for sure but any advise I have also been feeling like **** the last couple days with ice pick headaches being a major problem just started recently they have began to slow down but I sti have been getting them a couple of times a day thank you for the help
