Herpes?
I had sex with a girl a month ago. Just recently I noticed there was a pretty large red bump in my pubic hair with a couple of hairs growing out of it. It was painless and I thought it might be a ingrown hair so I pulled it out. I got a little more red and then discharge some clear fluid from it. I thought it could be herpes, so I researched online. The bump didn't resemble any pictures I saw. I didn't have any of the other symptoms as well (no flu, aches, burning when urinating, puss, etc.) It doesn't look blister but it is red around it with a couple of red bumps around at the bottom of the pubic hair. Over time the bump has dry white skin around it. It looks just like an ingrown hair I have on my face, but I dont shave down there. There's no scab, but it is hard on top. It doesn't itch or anything. This morning I woke up and there we two bumps on the shaft of my penis. They were only slightly raised, but were kind of painful. It turned into more of a red rash throughout the day. I just wanted to know what this might be. I'm getting a little paranoid. I have already made an appoint to see a doctor but wanted to get some questioned answered before hand.
If you dont think its herpes, what else do you think it could be? The rash is on the base of the penis and has tiny red bumps.
odds are this isn't herpes but definitely follow up on it. many things it can be including other bacteria.
