Herpes

I'm a 28 year old male. I had unprotected sex about a month ago.  I was treated for gonorrhea and chlamydia after I produced symptoms.  Those problems cleared up.  Now I have been itching in the groin area at night only.  I don't know if it is in my head or what.  Could this be herpes?  I don't have any sores or bumps that I have noticed.  I'm mostly itching in the inner thighs and behind the scrotum.

herpes won't just cause itching. you were on antibiotics, it is probably just jock itch and you can treat that with otc products. if you think it's more than jock itch, be seen again for a work up.

This could be a simple case of jock itch, or some sort of fungal infection. However, getting tested and evaluated by a doctor or GP couldn't hurt...highly recommended.
