Herpes?

I have four irritated, painless, beneath the skin bumps. No itching, no discharge, no puss, or anything like that. The first one came as a single bump with a little dot in the middle then formed in to somewhat as an open "sore/scab". The other three popped up later and are bumps with little dots in the center. All are single spots not clusters located in different areas on the shaft of my penis.

Any ideas? Similar stories with suggestions?
