Herpes?

Hi

I am a male, and have had a few sexual encounters over the course of 2-3 weeks, most recent 7 days ago. All encounters included protected vaginal intercourse and uncovered oral. Last night and over the course of two days my testicle sack has been itchy. Upon examination, I've noticed two bumps in the bottom shaft  of my penis. They seem to be red, but not itchy, no burning. Does herpes manifest itself like in this situation? Should I have flu like symptoms or fever, that would accompany them ? It should be noted I'm susceptible getting oral sites from time to time.

My condition hasn't changed since last night. The two red bumps haven't changed, I'm  not itchy, pain or sensitivity when I touch them. Hope it's just normal irritation. It is in the soft forskin gland, so may be typical bumps, a.

Starts out as one then opens and spreads to the surrounding area in a cluster type grouping. On average about a week after exposure. Running surely can cause a friction irritation.

Ty. Last question. If these were here blisters and I ran my finger over them should  it be painful or itchy? There is zero feeling.

herpes are not pin red dots and first time outbreaks would be painful. The blisters would appear before the flu like simptoms.

Thank you. Generally speaking, how long may they appear before any other symptoms? Also, I'm assuming that the blisters would be multiple? More than two or three in clusters, even at the start? I went running this morning, would that type of activity worsen the condition, sweat and working up the area? Sorry for these questions.

Hi, first time outbreaks of herpes would be on your penis shaft from the oral or on your genital monds area not the bottom of your testicles.

Sorry. This is not at bottom of testies. The two red pin dots appear on the upper shaft, on the soft gland. I've read about  the Tyson's gland and hoping its just normal skin issues. Again, if I run my fingers across it, it doesn't itch, nor burn. I have no fever, sore throat, normal aciness as I'm quite active. Would a fever or sore throat (if any) begin prior to blisters?
