Herpes?

Hi I was wondering if you could have a herpes outbreak without any visible sores.  I recently have been going through a lot of agony.  I first thought that I had trich because I had a yellowish/green discharge so i went to my gyn and she said it looked like a regular yeast infection and prescribed fluconozole.  After 1 week it was still there so I went to the clinic and got tested she did a pelvic exam and said my cervix was inflammed and was often caused by chlamydia so she gave me zithromax.  I then started feeling a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen to next day and painful urination, as well as my acutal pelvis being very sore.  I decided to go to my primary care doctor and see if I maybe had a uti ...she said no and prescribed me  levaquin in case it was gonorrhea.  I am still feeling a lot of pain in my lower abdomen I was just wondering if this sounds like herpes?

p.s all this pain started happening after the pelvic exam and now I have a thicker whiter discharge

I just wanted to add one more thing.  Last night and all yesterday I noticed my sciatica nerve was bothering me on my right side.  Should I be concerned since something this is an indication of herpes. I mean sciatica alone is nothing to worry about but combined with all my other symptoms makes me nervous

I understand the anxiety of waiting for test results, but it's a lot worse to live every day thinking about something you may not and not getting tested for fear of the results,I'm sure you will be fine like I said this does not sound like anything typical or general of Herpes,it seems something more of an inflammatory nature, either way it's best to get yourself a thorough check from your Doctor to err on the side of caution it may be something or nothing but still very advisable to get it all checked out for peace of mind and also treatment if neccesary.

thanks daisy... i was really hoping that the herpes was included in the blood test but i guess im going to have to make an appt. to get a herpes test.  I guess Ill go back to my gyn since im feeling a lot of pain in my ovaries.  hopefully its not herpes but i wont rule anything out.

im feeling really anxious enough about getting my regular std tests back now to take another one and wait for that is just going to add to my anxiety.

Herpes is not included in routine STD screening nor is HIV those two have to be specifically asked for,if your b/f has HSV1 Orally and perforned oral sex on you then I guess the possibility of Herpes is there, having said that your symptoms are not typically those of Herpes I think there is something else going on there that needs further investigations and tests by your Doctor I am reluctant to suggest anything it could be for the simple reason I am not qualified to do so and I would not be prepared to take a stab at something when it could be way off the mark,so go back to your Doctor and demand that he does more tests and exams so that you can get a definative diagnosis as to why you're feeling unwell and in pain.

These symptoms are not typical of Herpes I think you need to have more investigation done on this by your Doctor .....
