Herpes?

About a two years ago, I fooled around with a girl who had a blister on her lower lip.  About 3 or 4 days later, I had zit like bumps all over my chest and got cold sores in the back of my throat.  I did not have sex with the girl, but my penis did touch her genital area.  Every six months or so, I break out with these zits on my chest and sometimes get sick due to the blisters in my throat and mouth.  Recently a couple of these zits came closer to my penis area (just above it).  Could it be that I have genital herpes without ever having sex with this girl?

I also have the tingling in anal area and small burning when I pee.
