Hey guys quick question
I wanted to know what you guys used for hsv-1 (cold sores), as of now I take L-Lysine and from what I've heard is supposed to minimize the OB's. regardless it would be nice to know what products can be used to minimize OB's, heal faster or reduce the time frame that they last. Thanks!!
lysine really doesn't do much for herpes.
have you tried valtrex in the cold sore one day dose? or acyclovir in the 2 day dose? they both work best when started at the very first tingle that a cold sore is on its way.
abreva is over priced and only speeds healing of cold sores less than a day sooner than using a placebo. don't bother wasting money on that over priced teeny tube.
