I have burning in my buttocks from a first episode. At first the burning/tingling was so sever, I could hardly stand to sit down. When I went on antivirals the pain subsided significantly in a few days, but there is still significant pain when I sit or lay down on my back. It has been 8 days now.
I am sorry to hear about the pain you are having, but I can tell you from personal experience that my symptoms lasted me about 12-14 days. And even now 3 months later I still get some weird sensations down under but no OB. I think it is just my body and maybe your body adjusting to this virus. take care hope your feeling better. :))
