How soon after exposure?

It is possible to begin seeing symptoms of HSV-2 after only about 30 hours since the last unprotected encounter? Also, would a single small blister looking dot on the tip of my penis be consistent with HSV-2 symptoms?

it is not possible to have the symptoms but its rare to have it that soon after the last exposure.A single small blister wont help much to determine that u have HSV2;D

A single dot can be anything.  Though HSV takes 2-20 days before you will display symptoms.  You should be seen by your provider for a proper work up.
