How to live with herpes

Hi, I'm new to this community.  Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
In August I returned from my honeymoon to find that I had herpes.  My new husband swears he did not cheat on me.  I don't know if I'm a complete fool, but I believe him.  I didn't at first, but I do now and that's what matters.  Right?

Anyway, so we both now have herpes.

Can anybody give me advice on how to live with it as a couple?

Thanks in advance.

do you have hsv1 or hsv2?

what testing did both of you have done?

it really isn't an issue if you both have it, regardless of type. you won't pass it back and forth or make it "worse". It's a pain in the butt ( literally even sometimes ) for the most part at this point until you become pregnant.
