Hsv scared

I had sex with a female unprotected about five days ago and I first started having burning after urination 4 days after then on fifth day I woke up and have 6 spread out around my penis shaft ulcers that are sensitive I went and did a urine test and got shot and pils for gono and clyamidia and it's been three days since that and the burning is going away but the ulcers are still tender and my penis feels itchy. My urethera keeps sticking together so I geel I have a discharge but it's clear. Just want some feed back as I heard herpes doesn't have penila discharge?

Put neosporn on ulcers a couple hours ago and now I took bandages off and tiny little bumps appeared next to them they aren't big just little things like maybe follicles got agitated

Multiple ulcers around the shaft (site of infection) could easily be herpes.

As Life mentioned, please have those ulcers swabbed so you can get a proper diagnosis. Discharge can be a sign of jerpes in men it's just not common.

However, multiple ulcers around the penile shaft align with the herpes profile. Please ensure the swab is properly typed to see if in fact you contracted herpes and the type. Also, a blood test might be useful to see if this is a recent exposure (ex. Positive swab but negative Blood test) would indicate recent infection or from the encounter you describe.

Topical ulcers could be herpes, bacterial or fungal related. Most often with gono it would be a big time white puss discharge but with chlymdia would be much less discharge. A clear discharge following treatment could be natural mucus being produced to ease inflamation. Urethra infection should clear up in a week after the pills and shot.

No, not from a first time outbreak. Would be more on the shaft.

The pain is just a sharp burn when I first start to urinate so you think this isn't possibly a herpes outbreak?

Hi, if you had a herpes outbreak inside your urethra the pain would be unbearable so i would rule that out. The ulcers around your shaft are a bit concerning so you might want to have them swabbed and a blood test at the 8 week mark as a good indicator if you now have herpes but 3 to 4 months would be conclusive.
