Hsv1 passed to arm through sneeze?

Have had tingling on bottom lip/below my lip/chin (outbreaks have always occured on area between skin and bottom lip) for past week and a half, but no visible cold sore. Have I been shedding this whole time?? While driving today, and wearing a short sleeve t-shirt, I sneezed twice on my arm. Could I have passed herpes to my arm through these sneezes? I believe my first oral outbreak was 7 years ago. Thank you!!

No with an established infection, transmission to another part of your body is not practically possible.
