Hsv1 question...

Ok... So if a guy with genital hsv1 isn't having any visible signs of an outbreak, and has vaginal  sex with a woman using a condom,  is this a high risk scenario to pass it along to her?  
I've had a few one night stands and I can't bring myself to tell women about my status. I know this is wrong but  I'm just so ashamed.

it is low risk in general.

you should be talking about std's , condoms and birth control with every partner. This talk includes talking about testing, what they were tested for and how long they were tested after their last partner. This is as much about protecting you as it is protecting a partner!  if you are going to be sexually active, you should be sexually responsible!
