Hsv2 negative from Labcorp and positive from Quest Diagnostics?

So I got tested for hsv2 specific IGg Ab. 2 negatives from labcorp, which I understand uses the CLIA method. 2 positives from Quest (ELISA) and Bioreference (Multiplex immunoassay). What is going on?

Is Quest test method (ELISA) more accurate than Labcorp's  CLIA?

CLIA is not a lab method or test, it's a series of regulations.  I've worked in a CLIA lab before.  It's only the actual test (IgG or IgM or QuickVue) that you need to know about and what your actual index values were for each test.  Taking the same test multiple times over a short time span will not provide any guiding information.  If your index values are in the low positive range you should absolutely have a HSV2 western blot done by the University of Washington.  All the info is available to google.

Do you have hsv1? What was the numeric value of the quest positive tests?
