I am worried about Herpes

I am 24 years old male and virgin. I encountered with an escort 18 days ago. I had performed unprotected oral sex on her and received protected oral sex from her. while performing oral sex I did not notice any bumps, sire on her vagina and anus. It was very brief encounter that last for 20 seconds.
This was my first sexual exposure in whole life. the very next day I had gone through herpes blood test that came with negative result. 14 days after the first exposure I have been suffering from sore throat and swollen gums. What could be the chances of getting oral herpes and other STDs with these symptoms???
I am extremely worried. Plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!

You had protected oral sex - that is a no risk encounter. Performing oral sex on her (especially 20 seconds!) was an incredibly low risk, as one time brief encounters go. Plus, you're assuming she had genital herpes to begin with. This isn't even worth testing for, and symptoms would appear between 2-20 days if you were possibly infected (which I'd bet you weren't). I wouldn't even worry about.
