I believe I have herpes I don't know what to do I'm so scared.

I have so many questions, I'm about 90% sure I know what I have from the research I've done. OK so my first question is can I spread herpes on myself to other areas of my body? 2* Is is possible to have a herpes blister on.... lets say my finger, or on other areas that is not my va-jayjay, butt or mouth? 3* I get a cold sore on my mouth and have for a few years now, but over the last few months it seems like as soon as it goes away I get another one. They have never come this frequently before, and on top of that I also just got my first outbreak in the crack of my butt right above my butt hole. Instead of one blister (like on my lip) there are several. So I guess my question is, is that normal and is there any chance I could have spread it there myself, and why all the sudden they have increased in frequency and is there anything I can do to make them go away faster and decrees how often they come? What can I do to keep them from spreading to my vagina? So any info or advice will be so so so appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to read this and reply.

Hi.
1. Those with long term herpes would be basicly immune to contracting it in another area. Those that do almost always contracted it in both areas at the same time. Also herpes is not likely passed as your suggesting in real life but in theory for the most part.

2. There are 3 areas in the body that herpes can present itself and they are called Ganglions which are nerve centers. The first it the oral area, from about the breast area and up. there is the genital area, also called the boxer short area, from about the waist down and there is the hand area. Herpes can break out anywhere there but most often, outbreaks are in the same area, give or take an inch.

3. Having multiple oral outbreaks like your describing is not typical so to get to the bottom of this youd need to have some of the new oral sores swabbed to confirm they are in fact herpes sores. Just to  assume all oral sores are herpes is not accurate.
This goes for the butt sores also. Start off by having a blood test with the igG type specific for hsv1 and hsv2 and also a swab of any new lower ganglion sores. Its the only way to know for sure.
