I dont know what is happening or anything....Herpes or boils or something else?

Hey there,
I am sexually active and have recently started sleeping with my boyfriend. After the first time we slept together I noticed a red sore kind like a pimple shape on my inner thigh and little red dots on my underwear line. And now a little over a week later i have noticed more red sore/bumbs on my buttocks. I have never gotten them before. only after i slept with him i did. i dunno what to do or what they could be. they are not painful or ichy nothing. there kinda just there. So i am asking for someones help anyones help really on what this could be. any advice or any thoughts on thsi would be greatly appecaited. Thank you.
