I dont know what to do...maybe herpes? PLEASE HELP

So about 20 days ago i had sex with a girl I work with....but apparently she was having a herpes out break but I failed to realize this because we were both intoxicated and I do not remember using protection or not...So now about 20 days later I am frantic because 1. I had a slight sore throat and a swollen gland in my neck for about 2-3 days 2. When i do physical activity (i study jiu jitsu) my groin seems to act up like maybe a pull or pressure on both sides but I went to the doc and she said my Lymph nodes were completely fine and everything was all in good order.  Lastly, I dunno if I am freaking myself out or what but it doesnt burn to urinate, but after it slightly burns and tingles and will stay there but It seems that only when im panicking about herpes does it do that.  Its not a 24 hour thing cause when im not actively thinking about it or when i wake up im fine.  The only other symptom im having is diarrhea but its very mild.  I have had no blisters or lesions on my penis, groin, or thighs....I dont know what to do please help me.
