I had protected oral sex 3 wks but bumps popped up on my nuts. Is it herpes

I had protected oral sex 3 wks ago and i washed the area that and put a mixture of coconut and undiluted oregano on the unprotected area and a day mayb 2 later sum bumps popped up. I bn stressed about it since and i went to the dr the next day cus i busted a few and clear fluid and blood came out thn i put peroxide on em. The dr said it didn't look like herpes even though the area where i popped the bumps opened up. I askes for acyclovir just in case and i was given that but Bumps on the rest of the area are still present and my balls have a burning feelin from time to time and its bn 3 wks. What could this be and how do i upload pics to let yall c?

Why didn't your dr swab the lesions?
The scrotum is very rarely infected as the skin is very thick and isn't easily penetrated. I highly doubt hsv. Could've been either an reaction to the oil. Or you could've created the problem with plugging pours with your concoction.
