I need help. Please!!

Hello...I recieved a hand job from a stripper about a two weeks ago. She was dressed up. She also used a wet napkin on her hand.(But not throught whole time). I wiped it myself right after that. About 10 days later i saw a little bump with a white head on my penis very closse to my stomach. I have had a similiar bumps few times before. I squeezed it as usual. I thought  everything was fine, but this thing is i think is still there. It looks like a little scar. It is red and does not go away. About two days maybe a day later i noticed about a centimeter away from the first one a little red spot.(without a white head). It is not itchy, it just bothers me. Can that be an STD? (herpes?) Do I need to go see my doctor.?(dermatologist) I also have treated it for past 3 days.(cream with antibiotic). It still looks the same it seems like it is not helping it. I also had something on my chick (about 2 centimeters away from my eye) two red bumps that were unusual...they hurt and they were itch when i touched. I did not squeeze them. (I treated them with a (Ichthammol Ointment 20%, and antibiotic ointment). It sucked up all the white stuff from it and it is almost gone now...I still see red spots but they should be gone soon. Does that have to do something with each other?? Or is this only my paranoia...Doctor please help me...

Having a stripper masturbate you, with no other kind of contact,  does not put you at risk for any sexually transmitted infection.  Now having said that, it doesn't guarantee that you don't have herpes.  You could have acquired it from another partner years before.  I can't sort out these bumps from your description, but if you are concerned about that bumps, and you continue to get more or they don't go away, have a professional check them out.  If you want to know if you have herpes from some other contact in the past, you can get a herpes antibody test from your blood.  But the experience that you described here for me, with the stripper, puts you at no risk for herpes acquisition.
