I need your help, very nervous

Three days ago I had unprotected sex with a girl i had known for a pretty long time. Then the next night we had sex again only we used a condom this time. Tonight I looked at my penis and around the bottom of the shaft underneath, It seems that there is a pimple like bump on it. I popped it and a white pus, followed by clear/watery liquid came out. It seemed like a normal pimple however I never had a pimple there. I was afraid from not using a condom that I may have gotten an STD, but not sure if it may be just a pimple or an infection.

That sounds like a pimple to me.  Unfortunately, since you've popped it, there isn't anything for a doctor to see.  If it happens again, don't pop it and let a doctor see it within 24-48 hours of it appearing.

My boyfriend just told me for the last 4 or 5 time when we had intercourse. A day or 2 after he gets a pimple on his penis w/whitehead & feels (little) sore. He said this never happen before. We are together many years. What is this?

He was having a problems with his prostate & had a catheter for a few weeks on & off. But now all is better.
It seems to me, he got the pimples at same time when he was having prostate problems. Dont know if this is related.
