IS THIS HERPES?

Hi I had unprotected sex on Halloween. On November 15th I noticed a small white heads on my penis shaft. The pimple was right on the line where I got circumcised. I didn’t pop the pimples it simply went down and disappeared after 2 day. (On the 17). Now on this day all I can see is two little dots where the pimples once where. Keep in mind these Whiteheads were close together with no space in between. They did not itch, I touched them but I️t did not hurt me. I am feeling itchiness on my ankles , toes, hands wrist thighs and under my butt where the crease is. Please help with any answers of what this could be

And for the white heads it was a smal one and then a super tiny on right beside it. No pain no BURSTING no BLEEDING. No ITCH on my shaft and by not bursting and bleeding I mean on the pimple. No scabbing either. I️t simply went down even faster and cleaner than a regular pimple on my face

What you saw on your penis on November 15th was not herpes. A new infection would not heal in 2 days.

I would also ask you to show some self-compassion and start using condoms. Herpes should be the least of your worries when it comes to unprotected sex.
