If I passed HSV1 to my girlfrend, what should I pay attention for pregnant?

I'm a 28 years old male, I have HSV1 for 3 years+, the herpes are on my perineum, I never have herpes on my penis. I do not have an outbreak for 19 months since last outbreak.

I did the blood test recently, The result shows:
HSV1-IgG:Positive
HSV1-Igm:Negative
HSV2-IgG:Negative
HSV2-Igm:Negative

If I passed HSV1 to my girlfriend's genital by accident, what should I pay attention when she is pregnant? Is the baby in danger if she have first outbreak when pregnant? Should she have a C-section if she have an outbreak on genital? The baby can get herpes from her vagina if natural labor?

Hi, if you have hsv1 its most likely oral but without a sore to swab we cant confirm this. What i would suggest is that the girl test as many people have hsv1 oral from child hood and if she has it oral she cant get it vaginal. If shes pregnant, she needs to test for this anyway.

I never did the test for swabbed for herpes. I do not have an outbreak for 19 months since last outbreak. So now I'm unable to do the test for swabbed for herpes.

I only did blood test several days ago. The result shows:
HSV1-IgG:Positive
HSV1-Igm:Negative
HSV2-IgG:Negative
HSV2-Igm:Negative

I never got oral cold sores. My parents never got oral cold sores.

I just doult the HSV1 herpes on my perineum may was gotten from prostitutes when I received oral sex. Is it possible?

I like visitting prostitutes before. I received oral sex and had protected vaginal sex with prostitutes.

One day, I felt painfull on my perineum, then I found 1-2 herpes on my perineum. In several days, the herpes ulcer, then scar, finally disappeared. I had 3-4 outbreak in 3 years+. And one time, I had very very small herpes on my bottom.

I searched this symptom on internet, it is same as the symptom for herpes.

But I never had herpes on my penis.
