I'm a little desperate about a red bump on my upper lip, can you guys help me?

Yesterday I just noticed this red bump on my upper lip, I had cold sores before but never in that spot or like this.

Could this be a first stage herpes? It hasn't changed anything in 24 hours. It doesn't itch or burn.
