I'm very confused, help please!

Hello to everyone! I hope somebody can help me.  

I was recently diagnosed with HSV1 (Igg 1.52 with ELISA Herpeselect).  Don't know if I misunderstood but, searching around for information, I read that if you have been recently vaccinated for Hepatitis B, an ELISA test could give a false positve.  Is that true?  I'm worried and on denial because I was vaccinated for Hepatitis B back in May 2008, and the test for HSV1 was in November 2008.  What are the chances I might have got a false positive? Should I retest using Western Blot?  And also, what does my number mean (igg 1.52)? Is it irrelevant that it's a low number? I'm sooo confused!
