In 7th week and UTI symptoms becoming worse

I am in 7th week post protected sex with a CSW and my symptoms of discomfort at penis glan and frequent urination have become worse. Specially, since yesterday I am peeing like anything. I tested negative for urine routine and culture twice now. I am on third type of antibiotic Levofloxacin. Doctors say I have UTI.This is my second course of antibiotics in one month but sympyoms are recurring in last one month. I read that HSV can cause UTI. I haven't got any relief with antibiotics. My Igg for hsv 1 was positive 3.15 and hsv 2 after one month of exposure was negative. Should I do another test this week that's at 7th week. These symptoms won't let me wait for ome more week. Kindly advice.

I had typical symptoms of hsv 1 after two or three weeks of exposure. Fluid filled blisters inside mouth, below tongue, on lower gum and on left cheek (inside) allong with fever, cold, soar throat, chills. I still getting mild fever in the middle of the night. I have been seeing urologist. Both of them put me on antibiotics. I also did sonography of abdomen and pelvis which shows tiny renal calculi and possible urititis but both the urologists said the report is normal. The prostate too was tested normal in the sonographic images.

So, you were infected with hsv1 after this exposure?
I don't know. My Igg for hsv 1 was positive after one month of the exposure but Igm negative. I never did HSV test before this. May be it was an old infection.
I am confused. above, you said you had typical symptoms and now you say you didn't. Which one is it?
I had typical symptoms of hsv 1 inside mouth a week or two ago. I don't know if my ongoing anxiety over discomfort in penis had triggered an old HSV 1 infection or because I was on antibiotics so low in immune was the reason. Not sure but I had fluid filled blisters inside mouth, soar throat, cold and fever.

It sounds like your issue has been going on for sometime without typical symptoms for herpes, and your urine tests are clean so that argues against a UTI. It sounds more like  a prostate issue. You should see a urologist.
