Infection with follicles or herpes???? Help!

Firstly I know I should see a doctor for an opinion but in my current position that is not possible for a little while. 

I'm a 30 yr old man about 220 5'11" from the US fair complexion, athletic and over the years I've had large blood and pus filled pimples in my pubic hair area which sometimes would leave scars when popped. I've been sexually active since I was 18 and been tested for STDs a few times.

I now work in a very hot and sandy environment where I must eithor sit or stand for long periods of time 10-12 hr sweeting constantly.

The last time I had sex was over a year ago, before I met my wife. She said she has been tested and is clean, also shows no signs of an STD.

Sometimes during sex with my wife it hurts. It feels like she didn't completely shave and my penis is rubbing against hair stubble which feels like my skin is tearing. About a month ago it left a sore on the left side of my penis.

This past week we had rough and had extreme pain but this time on the right side. When I finished I had this pimple/boil shaped crater on my penis and a few in my pubic area. The next day I had a total of 7 large craters with what felt like a boil under the skin on the right side. Also 2 small pimple/blister things that popped when I barely touched them. They had clear liquid in them.

I was worried and went to the pharmacist since I can't go to the doctor because of fear of deportation from this country. He gave me avalox 400mg/day x 10 and fucidin cream and also a antiseptic shower gel wash. I've taken the pills for 3 days and I now have a dull pain on the skin of my right testicle and also in the crack between my right leg and my right butt cheek. It also feels lime my pubic lymph nodes are swollen.

None of the crater/boil/pimples whatever they are, are close together or itch. They are sensitive to touch though as some still spear to be slightly open still, as I'm in very hot temps all day with little air flow down there. I can post a link to pictures of that wouldn't be too appropriate.

I have determined its probably folliculitis or herpes. Please ask any questions you need to. I'm considering getting a blood or culture sample and sending it to a lab.

Forgot to mention the large pimples I've gotten my whole life, I'm assuming they are indexed hair follicles or ingrown hairs.

odds are neither you nor your wife have ever been tested for herpes.  could these be herpes? yes they could be. only way to know is to be seen and get proper testing done.

a dermatologist would also be helpful because if this isn't herpes, you have some skin issues that need more properly dealt with.

Thank you for the response, I guess I can't really describe what I'm experiencing but from what I've read what I have doesn't look like the pictures of herpes, more like pictures of boils. I will finish 5 days of the mess, soak in a hot bath tonight and reassess in 3 days.

Another thing to note, I have never seen anything like this (or felt the pain) unless right after sex. Sometimes I feel my wires hair and it's not as bad but sometimes it scrapes my skin up. Is it possible that this is a bacterial infection that was allowed to take place because of my skin being opened up and aggravated. The pain is only when we have hard sex along with he hair. Also the 2 small blister things appeared to me like an infected hair follicle and none of the larger boils are close to eachother or touching.

Today some of the redness has went away and the skin is not as sensitive as yesterday, nor itches.

It may seem like I am fishing for a "it sounds like folliculitous or staff"  but if I were to go into a clinic to get this checked out and it was herpes I would be kicked out of the country and separated from my wife.

Is there any way I can get a better idea if this is herpes besides a culture or blood test?

sorry but there is only so much we can do. sitting at home trying to self diagnose won't get your accurate answers. As I said, follow up with a dermatologist for better answers.
