Initial herpes outbreak

Hello,

Around six days back I was involved in an act of mutual masturbation with a woman. I had put on a condom. She had her clothes on, and I had my pants down till my knees. There wan't any sexual activity but there was some kissing and hugging.
To describe it, we kissed each other on the face and neck and there was contact between her hands and my genitals. There was kissing on the lips but it was just closed mouth. There wasn't any french kiss or wet kissing on the lips.
But I suspect I might have caught oral hsv as I have throat ache and a sore in my mouth today. Have a head ache and feel irritated too. I did not notice any obvious sores around her mouth then but there could be a possibility. I think these build up as symptoms but I'm not sure. Just worried.

Please help. Thank You.

If she did not have any lip sores at the time your risk for oral herpes from kissing is close to zero. Also since the first outbreak would be at point of contact any sores would be on your lips not inside your mouth or throat.

2 weeks but its not any real concern. Nothing at all to be watching for.

Thanks a lot for the reply.
But by when should I know that I'm in the safe zone. I mean if an outbreak were to occur, by when should it occur? (at the latest).
