Irritation itchyness in 3 days

I had oral sex 3 days ago and skin on skin rubbing contact, which was the worst decision ever. It wasn't for that long I didn't think it would affect me. We didnt have sex though we skin on skin contact and he gave me oral. I notice while he was giving me oral, my skin felt sensitive and hard. I asked me to stop. My question is I am not sure what this is. I have an app to see the docs in a couple days. I don't even know if they will pull anything up since the contact was so recent. I checked the different stds and I am not sure which on it is.
1.itchyness irritated hard bumps on top of each other lined up around the labia inside walls and ichyness in the entrance on my skin walls left and right.
2. no pain during urination, no odor, no discharge, but if I were to have sex now it would hurt because I would be so dry.
3. this bumps are small and hard no blisters, some are on top of each other, they werent there 3 days ago, it was smooth there, they just came out so fast. risen higher.
4. I am using vaginal cream to help stop the iching but it only stops it for so long.
5. The hard bumps are the same size for now
6, no redness in my vagina, its just really ichy and I have a line of small hard bumps lined up together.

Can someone please tell me what they think this might be? I am trying to be as calm as possible, I just don't know what to think. Thank you

odds are this is just irritation going on but going to be seen is the best course of action. herpes never presents with hard bumps.

I recommend stopping the vagisil at this point too. some folks have reactions to it. try just a simple barrier cream like aquaphor, desitin, zinc oxide or anything you'd put on a babies butt.

Thank you Grace for responding. I woke up this morning with more itches. Now vagina seems thick, sore and a little swollen. I whipped myself with a tissue after showering and it have these little wet yeast looking pieces. But still no discharge or order. But when I stick my finger in an pull it out, I have gooey circle looking wetness and some looking yeast. it almost look like grits and a bit jelly. I stopped the use of the vagisil. You are right, I had a bad reaction to it. I am not sure if this is a yeast infection or if its just a bad reaction. But it only itches when I touch it. I can still a little itchy but not as much if I don't touch it. Also the bumps went down a little bit, but the itching increased. Should I get yeast medicine or what should I do let it heal on its on and use the creams you were telling me about. It almost seems like a yeast infection now. But a really itchy one.

you need to be seen and get proper testing done. women only accurately self diagnose vaginal yeast infections 1/3 of the time so it's not worth guessing and hoping you were right.

I don't have an app for another week, what should I do until then? I'm trying to see if they can schedule me sooner. Its only itchy when I touch it now. But sore and a little swollen. Now it looks a little cotton milky little discharge, much like a yeast infection I think. Aren't there yeast infection test I can get at the store?

I probably won't see a gyn doctor until Tuesday or Wednesday thats the earliest I can come in they state. The hard bumps which I think were irritated went down. But I still have soreness,swollen and a little burning. I notice today small tiny tiny circle cuts in my button entrance of my vagina. I have 2 of them, they look like red sore cuts and there not bleeding. What is that? I think thats whats burning me. I now notice the same cut in my anal that bleeds a little when I whip it. I don't know if its because I whipped hard. But I do not have anal sex at all.I haven't had sex in over a year and have been tested negative for stds. And when I finally have oral and rubbing interaction my vagina freaks out. I was fine until that night. I notice a couple weeks before I had oral, my vagina was a bit dry and hard rough, I was reluctant to play with myself because it would feel uncomfortable until i got really wet. Also now I am discharging white smushie like old milk and brown lil cotton spots too a bit flaky. But I still have no odor and the bumps are gone. Just still a bit irritated and now I have 2 small tiny cuts and 1 anal. What can this be? Can I get some treatment for yeast until I go to the doctor. This is very uncomfortable for me to that long. Sorry for so many messages, but I don't know if this matters, but the cuts are like paper cuts, really tiny looking circles. They are flat and not filled with blood or puss or anything, there just red looking.
