Is This Herpes?

I have never had sexual intercourse, but my boyfriend and I kiss and make out and a few times he has given me oral sex. One day, I noticed a small red bump on the lower cheek of my buttocks and I thought it was a bug bite. Nothing changed about it until about a month later, it had become a blister. Around the area were small red bumps  that looked like it could be a heat rash. I would not have known any of it was there unless I looked. But the blister became swollen and it started hurt when I touched it. I popped it and only blood came out. Then it healed over. There is still a small red patch where the blister had been and there are still small red bumps around the area. It doesn’t itch and the blister hasn’t become swollen again. Is this herpes?

It was vaginal oral sex. Okay, thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

if you haven't had sex then its most likely not herpes; did your bf give you oral anal? if not its probably not HSV 1, besides the fact that it doesn't take a month for a herpes bump to become a blister it usually will evolve in a few days into a blister. this could be anything such as an ingrown hair or something else. if you are concerned of it see a dermatologist.
