Is it Herpes or something else?

Back in January (right after going to a gynecologist and being tested for almost everything), a small, pimple-like bump appeared on my labia minora. It just popped up again. It doesn't hurt/itch at all and I don't seem to have any other symptoms. I could squeeze it and it would pop easily and now there's only slight discomfort (just like any other pimple, it leaked a clear fluid and bled only a little). I'm so worried it could be serious but it looks like it could be an ingrown hair or something cause it came right after shaving this time. To top things off though, it looks like I have a cold sore on my inner lip (but I'm it really worried cause I've gotten those since I was a kid)! I don't think anyone I've been with could have gave it to me. What do you guys think it could be?

If it comes back go see your dr or gynecologist and have it swabbed and tested. Hsv lesions very greatly in pain. For some it's excruciating and others it not painful at all. The clear fluid is in line with hsv but you wont know until you get a blood test for hsv2 or a swab of the lesion.
