Is it an STD?

I have red raised bumps that have yellow puss inside, like pimples, they are painful and in my pubic hair area.  I have read a lot of other comments and don't hear of anything like this.  I also have discharge, clear.  I know it can't be an ingrown hair because it is big...What can it be?  I am really worried it is an STD.

you really need to go and be seen and get these looked at today or tomorrow. also get tested properly for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally too.  these could be many things going on but prompt evaluation is in your  best interest.
