Is it genital herpes?

k, im a 14 year old sexually active boy with my 14 yr old girlfriend who was a virgin as was I until WE had sex. So im wondering weve both perfomed oral on eachother, i occasionaly get cold sores she doesnt. I noticed tuesdaythat i have a pimple like object on my penis,  (ive had these before and theyve just gone away with time) i still have the pimple like thing, its about the size of an average pimple nad filled with white puss much like a pimple but thicker. Then i noticed today(wedsnday) that on the head of my penis are 2 little red bumps one of wich had a little white at the top, then one red bump on the inside of my foreskin. So im wondering if i have herpes or not, 2 days after we both performed oral sex on eachother i noticed a pimple on lip, it hasnt gone into a cold sore so im prety sure its not one, and she doesnt have one, so im wondering if its herpes or just pimple like things that are harmless like a rash,

you be fine as long as she doesn't have it cuz if she does there would be a possibility dat you'd have then I'd go to the doctor and get check out
