Is it herpes or what!! sending me crazy

Ok so i had an encounter about 14 weeks about with a girl and the condom had split during intercourse. I was worried to death that it was hiv and was getting so much symptoms but alot were most probably due to anxiety and stress. What i'm most concerned about is the swollen glands i've had which came 2 weeks after the encounter and still slightly swollen today (in the neck). My uretha is also abit swollen and i also had gotten thrush from this girl which recurred 2 or 3 times. I've also been feeling this itchy sort of feeling which feels like ants crawling on me. It hasn't just been in the groin but all over my body it';s very annoying and creepy. I sometimes feel a dull ache in the testicles and minor stinging like pains in the uretha but theyre faint and arent continuous but the only thing is i DONT have any lesions/???? could this be herpes without showing??????? i've had numerous tests over the 3 months as i was 100% convinced i had hiv and have tested out to 3 months being negative, i've also had std tests and out to 3months all negative but i can't get herpes test as they don't do it without any lesions can you please help me :(

This really doesn't sound like herpes going on. It's been long enough now you can seek out a type specific herpes igg blood test to know your status. You do not have to have obvious symptoms to swab - a blood test is very helpful.
Continue to follow up with your provider for all of your symptoms but it sounds like they are not std related.

Don't worry about the anxiety, I go through it from time to time. Unfortunately, there are two ways to make it better. One is to very much focus your thoughts away from the bad ones, convince yourself that your symptoms aren't real or related, and apply your will to make the problem better. Easy right? Well, no, it's very difficult, I've only been able to do it once out of my many various freakouts over STD exposures.
The other, easier way, is to get the test, as I'm sure you're already aware from your negative 3 month HIV test. It instantly makes you feel better. So get the same thing for your herpes fears, and you're good to go!

I already have hsv1 as i caught it as a child like almost everyone else over here but i've only had an initial outbreak when i was about 8 or something and i cannot imagine it being that. I seriously am finding it hard coping as im getting no help whatsoever and EVERY SINGLE PERSON IVE BEEN TO THINKS ITS IN MY HEAD!!!!!!!!! FFS IM NOT STUPID. does it sound like herpes to you? could i develop type 2 on my face even though having type 1?
Also ive noticed when my penis is hard it feels as if it is actually tooo hard like my tube is inflamed and has a sort of undescribable pain. It feels horrible!!
I know it's frustrating but follow up on your new symptoms with your regular doctor. since they aren't just in the genital area, no need for the gum clinic.

An urologist covers the "plumbing" issues for males. I don't recommend them for genital rashes though - if it's not a peeing problem, they tend not to be all that concerned about it.

what is the possibility of catching type 2 ontop of type 1 orally? without oral sex as obviously i did check my genitals ALOT and have touched my face yet i have no sores or anything so maybe i have transferred it.
and is there anything i can do to help me with the problems i'm experiencing as i'm now going to assume it is herpes as that is the ONLY thing it can lead to causing me genital and body problems.
there is only so much I can do to help you. You are being seen by providers who don't feel that you have genital herpes. Your description of your symptoms doesn't sound like genital herpes. I'm not sure what exactly you think I"m going to be able to tell you ?

I had oral sex from a girl at a stripclub and had symptoms similar to this but no Thrush. Just itching, tingling and burning in my gentials for the first 3 months. Also had what felt like sun burn or allergic reaction at times on my face, back, pretty much everywhere. I was super scared man and I am MARRIED! I messed up and felt like dying. But it's been 6 months since exposure and I have had 3 seperate STD tests. One at 2 weeks, 4 months and 6 months. ALL tests (HIV, HERPES 1&2, Chlmy, GON, Syph and All Hep) were negative, except Herpes 1. But that was postive at the 2 week testing and was an IGG test. The IGM test were negative in all 3 test for Herpes. My infectious Disease doctor said that I most likely had that since I was a kid and that it is very hard to get HSV-1 again, genitally. I sometimes have little itching or burning but rarely. I do somtimes get anxiety and that does cause itching and a burning. It just does that when your head trips. I would say, no weed smoking, lots of exercise and water. You gotta get as healthy as possible right now to keep your head right and health right so you can figure out what it is. I do feel the same way, all my doctors say it's nothing related to that episode but in my gut I don't agree. I know it's not HIV (oral sex is jsut about impossible) but I think it may be HSV-1 genital. But they seem to think different. I am afraid to have sex with my wife without a condom wven though the doctors say its ok. So I am haivng all sorts of tests done still of other ****, but you need to see a Infectious Disease dr and demand all those tests. Oh yeah, one last thing, at the 3 months mark, I got sick and my glands have been swollen on and off since (in my neck). And I feel tired and sluggish. That is why I am doing all these other tests. So we will see. Hope this helps a little.

if i actually did have genital herpes what is the possibility that i've transferred it to my face previously ontop of hsv1 and not showing sores in the genitals but on the face? do you think if i had sores on my face i'd most definately have sores on my genitals as that was the site of entry
Here's a "best of" grace's opinion from this entire thread. I bet if you read it all in one sitting (read it twice just for good measure!), you'll get the point. Well, we wish you'd get the point.
As to my thoughts, I'd say you really need to consider speaking to a counselor or therapist for very obvious reasons here. And, I take exception to the fact that anyone, especially grace, has to spend one more iota of time at this point on your continual paranoia, and the fact that you've not listened to a word of what grace has suggested.

Herpes doesn't cause symptoms like this. Perhaps you have recently contracted a different viral infection or something? Could even be a bacterial infection on the facial area too.
I can not help you if everyone is writing you off as anxiety. they are actually seeing your symptoms and should be doing a full physical on you as well as basic testing. If they aren't, that's an issue you have to take up with the clinic manager.

also can you pleasseee help me on what to do!!!! i;m stuck with genital symptoms throbbing, sharp stinging, shooting pains and NO HELP WHATSOEVER from my gp or gum. they even try tell me there is no such thing as a blood test ;/ what steps can i take from here to get a correct diagnosis !!!!!! i cant just let it slide knowing i have some sort of infection and discomfort without exactly knowing what it is
