Is it herpes?

Hello!
Yesterday I saw my girlfriend (who has shown no symptoms of anything), we did a lot of rubbing and such (didnt have sex), but she then laid on top of me for 10 mins with her knee right ploughing onto my penis. It hurt quite alot, but she was upset so I didn't say anything. 20 minutes later, my urethra hurt and I had a slight red mark on penis tip. It doesnt itch or hurt, only really burns when I touch it.Is this herpes? Also I have one on my shaft and it looks like it crusting abit, do you think that this a friction burn? No blisters have appeared. 2 days ago I did notice a red little mark on penis, it didnt itch or hurt. It went away after a fell asleep, still hasnt come back.  I have recently gone to a sexual health clinic before the rashes and bump (5 days ago) and they said I had a yeast infection (fungal balantis and thrush). I have shaved my pubes 2 and half weeks back, and still today some pimples (which was diagnosed with hair focilltus by the sexual health person). Also, I had thrush which led to intertigo on my inner thighs and scrotum. I also talked to a nurse on the 111 and she said it sounded like hair focillitus and I should carry on with my life. I have also talked to 4 doctors about the pimple and the said I was being silly. I'm very scared. . Lastly I have diahorrea too and a lost appetite but yet again. I believe that this is due to stress and anxiety like the doctor said. Please help!

None of the profesionals think it's hsv. You have posted this before and my opinion hasn't changed. You can get a blood test but again it doesn't sound like hsv. Next time ask her politely to shift so she doesn't cause you pain
