I than looked up the symptoms of herpes and found that itchyness, tingling and bumps are all side effects of herpes. I noticed that there are more symptoms then the few that I listed, but dont have all of them. It doesnt hurt when I urinate, I dont have stuff coming from my penis and the bumps dont blister up or scab over. After a few days, the bumps that I had before are no longer there. The itchyness is sort of there and sometimes my penis still tingles.
When I say the itchyness is there, its more of my scrotum and the inside of my upper leg; next to my scrotum sack. Oh, I have notice that the skin on my shaft have had little bumps, but I think it may just be from my pubic hair.
My question is.. if you have genital herpes, do the bumps always blister up? and do they pop and is it painful? And would I have bumps in more places then just the head of my penis?
(None of the bumps have popped, or blistered up and they are not painful)
This doesn't sound like herpes. Why are you concerned about herpes? Has your girlfriend been diagnosed with it? Herpes doesn't come out of thin air - somebody has to be infected to pass it to you.
So why are you concerned about herpes specifically? Have you even been tested? Maybe you already have it and just don't know it.
Im just concerened that I might of attracted it. I havent been tested, I just wanted to see what other people thought it could be. I'm pretty sure my girlfriend doesnt have it, because she's been with only one other person besides me. I've been with a few more then her. I totally understand that you wake up and get herpes... but seeing bumps on the head of your penis got me a little worried.
definitley get it checked out, my boyfriends first outbreak from type 1 herpes were just 3 tiny bumps on the head of his penis, i had to convince him to get it checked out, and sure enough it was !
