Is there a way to reduce frequency, severity and symptoms of obs? Please help!!!

I was diagnosed on new years of this year and from what I read when you have the initial outbreaks with the flu like symptoms you tend to have 4-5 outbreaks your first year with them gradually reducing in severity, healing time and frequency.. I've also read stress is a trigger and became homeless 3 months ago occasional finding places for me and my boyfriend to stay unfortunately he was one of those ones that had no idea he had it with minimum symptoms he thought were ingrown hairs I wasn't so lucky, we slept in our car for six weeks and had places to shower daily so I know it wasn't a hygiene issue but I had 7 obs back to back that just seemed to move areas well we just had to change places we're staying again 3 days ago and I've had 2 obs already and noticed some pain coming from a two year old scar I have that I figured was a mosquito bite as I live in Florida and the rain this week has been heavy so I was itching and just happened to take a closer look and noticed it was a patch with lesions and blisters that I'm guessing I just hadn't broken open yet.. I don't know what to do luckily my boyfriend is very supportive and didn't freak out as much as I did considering we pretty much found out at the same time I was lucky though to hear we'll get through this together instead of the eww you're disgusting we're done I was expecting although being a woman and our "drive" being primarily mental it has ruined our sex life I just don't feel attractive anymore and told him getting another response I didn't expect with sadness in his voice he told me he loved me knows he wants to spend the rest of his life with me and nothing else matters to him I will always be beautiful and sexy but I have to admit I'm getting overwhelmed as I've had 14-15 obs in 6 months and it's now spreading where I can't cover it and I've started getting the painful sensation I usually get before an ob on my face I just don't understand I've been cautious so I don't understand how it moved to a spot so far away and I strongly believe stress has to be an outbreak but there has to be something I can do!!! Unfortunately I just lost my insurance and don't qualify for state or county insurance and being homeless don't have money for a Dr visit and my local free clinic doesn't help with stds and when I losing my insurance has made it difficult to keep a job as a suffer from 6 herniated discs and extreme anxiety, depression and ptsd and cannot afford the medication I need for those issues... anyways if anyone has any advice of reducing the number of obs, reducing the pain (which I describe to everyone as rubbing coarse salt into a 3rd degree burn) and possibly a way to reduce the itching I feel like this has completely taken control of and is ruining my life at this point I don't know how much more I can take I'll try anything at this point!!!
