Is this Herpes ? Or bacterial Infection ?

I have many bumps on my vagina around 7 I would say and they look like open sores. At first my vagina just was itching now bumps started to appear. Some look like open sores some look like hair bumps and I would think the other ones are hair bumps because I do shave, but Im not sure what the other ones may be and Ive never had them on the labia of my vagina. I think I may have herpes or Scabbies. But my last STD test was Feb. 2010

Did your STD testing include a herpes igg blood test and would you say that the std testing was done 3 months after your last sexual encounter?

The best thing to do is be seen by your provider for a proper work up.  If they just came be seen tomorrow for a lesion culture and typing.

Im not sure. But yes the test was done 3 months after my sexual encounter.
Also I have put a onitment on it and it has been working.

this is really worthwhile going to be seen and getting a proper work up for. go and be seen, get properly tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally and go from there.
