Is this genital herpes?

Hi, I'm worried that I may have contracted genital herpes. At first I didn't think much of it but the more I read, the more worried I get. For the past 2 years or so, I've been getting an itchy rash on my buttocks in more or less, the same spot. It used to appear alongside a rash that would appear on my shoulder, one around my neck, one on the side of my upper waist, one near my anus and one around my thighs that looked like jock itch. It almost seemed like it was spreading at the time because it would start off in one area before . Now I only get a rash on my butt as well as one on my anus around the same time and it usually lasts about 3 weeks or a little more. Sometimes it does seem like I'll end up getting a rash in other areas around the time like maybe my arm. I do have jock itch that seems to come and go around my thighs. I always thought it appeared more often in the warmer months but I could be wrong. What worries me is that the rash on my butt seems to always appear in more or less the same area. They're not blisters but bumps that seem to raise a bit more when I irritate it by itching.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

No this doesn't sound like a herpes lesion.

If you wish to learn your herpes status, then you can obtain the appropriate blood test. (IgG type specific for HSV1 and HSV2).
