Is this herpes, please help?

About 2 years ago during my normal Pap smear the doctor said she saw small warts and prescribed Aldara to me, I usually do self-examinations and I never saw any warts and I also know this doctor was notorious for treating patients in order to file insurance. She never showed me the warts or where they were. I ended up changing doctors. When I saw my new doctor and told her about my situation, she checked and said she didn’t see anything but two small spots where a wart MAY have been so she froze them off. I never experienced any discomfort, never saw any growths that were cauliflowered, never saw any growths at all and they never tested me for HPV.
Fast forward, I’m in a monogamous relationship with someone different my boyfriend and I still don’t have any complications of anything. I never see anything during examinations. Wednesday or Thursday morning I was awakened out of my sleep by an itching sensation on my Labia. I’m prone to hair bumps and had just shaved not long ago. I got the mirror and didn’t notice any fluid filled bumps but more of like a bump that seemed to be in my skin. I began to squeeze it because this is usually
how I get rid of hair bumps. I saw tiny small hairs in that area and was able to pull a small hair out that was covered in puss. However, when I squeezed the bump, only blood came out. No clear liquid, etc. I’m only worried now because I still have an open sore on my labia that does not present discomfort when urinating and only really hurts or stings when I press it. It’s not running, I haven’t had any unusual discharge and this is the first I’ve seen like this on me. Late last night when I was asleep, I felt an itching situation in my other Labia and felt a bump. I squeezed that one and pulse came out but it did not present an open sore the like the initial one but it’s also in a different location that’s not as moist as it is near my Labia. I’m only concerned because what I presumed was a hair bump has not healed completely for it to the next day although it’s not as uncomfortable as it was when I first burst it. It’s not scabbing over but just seems to be healing back into normal skin. What could
