Is this herpes?

I had sex with a girl a day and a half ago and today I had these bumps. They aren't itchy u less I scratch them. Just noticed them today.

A bit early for herpes lesions to appear. If they become fluid filled blisters then get them swabbed. I highly doubt this is a primary outbreak. Like I said it's a bit soon

I just scratched them and the top layer is dry skin and there was no fluid underneath.

I do have althetes foot on the same side as these things, so maybe it transfered through me putting my foot into my boxers. There's no pain or itchiness. It only itches if I scratch but once I stop I feel nothing.

Thanks for the reply. I talked to the girl. She's best friends with my best friend's girlfriend. Said she was tested recently and was clean. I know things happen but things look like I'm panicking over nothing.
