Is this herpes or just skin friction or rash?

about a year and 3 months ago i had protected genital sex and unprotected oral sex with a girl (one night stand), she had a healing hsv-1 under her lip, at that time i didn't know that was hsv-1
3 weeks later i developed very painful urination, itchy and tingling urethra, swelling of lymph node in my groin are and after few days developed conjunctivitis on left eye, i was treated with antibiotics, my doctor told me it's possibly chlamydia.
After 6 months of the incidence i tested for all STDs except hsv-s because they don't have that test in the country i was in, all tests came back negative.

now after a year and 3 months, i'm having very strong itch below my penis head on the fernulum specifically, it started 2 days ago after masturbation with Vaseline it was intense masturbation with strong friction.
i also developed very small pumps hard to see unless with powerful light, and i can feel crusty feeling or accumulated pimples that form like a circle in that area and scattered ones on the foreskin near the testicles i could say something like a skin rash, i can see these very tiny bumps when take a picture with flash. .... i don't know if these are symptoms of herpes, the itchiness gets stronger after washing or friction,
i don't have flu symptoms, no backache, no clear blisters , nothing at all apart from these tiny bumps and itchiness..

Your photos all show a very normal looking penis with follicles or fordyce spots. Nothing looks like herpes at all.

Have you ever had oral cold sores, if so, your genital area has near full protection.

oh ok, i will try to find clinics that do herpes test as i'm currently in the middle east and std clinics are unusual here. however according to what u explained me now i conclude that.

1- if i contracted hsv-1 i would have seen the symptoms earlier and not after almost a year and half.
2- the possible reason for my current skin rash is due to friction or irritation from the vaseline.
3- i should wait for a week or more to see if this will get worse and produce real signs of hsv-1 since what i have now could be Prodrome..

so just wait and see if it will disappear or produce real signs of hsv

am i right?!!

Herpes is only confirmed by a swab of the area or a blood test. Also the tip of the penis is not a place for herpes sores to appear usually but more on the shaft.  It has to be connected to the masturbation with the vaseoline.  You mention all those symptoms that occured 3 weeks after, These type of symptoms are called Prodrome and are a sign of a upcoming herpes sore  but if no sore did develop would not be herpes related. There are aborted outbreaks where no sore develops but is not common.

Hi, of course only testing would confirm and her having a hsv1 lip sore at the time of the oral sex would be a concern but your symptoms dont appear herpes related but more from the masturbation irritation. First time outbreaks would occur about 3 to 13 days post exposure not 3 months. Vaseline is a petrolem based product and degrades mucus membranes. Possibly some got inside the tip of the urethra and is causing this.
