Ok so about a week ago i bit my bottom lip & it started forming spot which got swollen. It also looks like its dented right now but you could still see thats it's a bit swollen. If i can send a picture that would be so much helpful. Please tell me whats going on. Idk if that bite could have triggered something or i was just biting a sore & this happened.

Cold sores usually progress rather quickly to a fluid filled blister. Usually a day or two max

So does this sound like a cold sore a blister?

I don't look at pics. What you describe though, doesn't sound like a cold sore. Has it progressed into a fluid filled lesion? Like a water blisters.

Whenever i do like spread it out or like when i put my tounge to spread it. It looks white

Sounds like trauma from the bit and not like a cold sore.
