Is this herpes

Over the course of 3months I have experienced flu like sickness and 2 outbreaks of blisters in between my anus and vagina area, after my period. A couple days ago I had outbreak and touched the blister it popped immediately, clear fluid. Shortly after not thinking I wiped hard with tissue and pulled off the skin covering area. I am left with a open sore red looks like a regular abrasion without scab yet. Can that be herpes? I have a high risk hpv but got tested in jan and pap was normal. Can hpv of cervix cause genital herpes? any ideas???

i took the swab test this monday i just cant get results for a few weeks
