Is this herpes

Okay, so I get these sores on my anus every once in a while, I have IBS and for years it's what I thought were anal fissures. Then I had a short term boyfriend who came up positive for HSV-1 on his penis during our relationship. So he thinks he got it from me. I quickly go to the doctor and have a blood test done that shows negative for both strains. But I have read that they are not 100% accurate.
Anyway, right now I have about the most painful one of these I have had yet so I took some pictures and linked the clearest one I could take.
So tell me is this herpes?

we don't look at pictures here. why not is explained in our read before posting post on the forum.

if you have active symptoms, be seen and get them looked at promptly.

It definitely could be herpes. I am not really sure what I am looking at there but if that is a blister I see there, that's suspect to be herpes. I would go and get that checked before it heals.
