Is this herpes?

Last week I had unprotected oral sex with a woman. Two days ago I had oral sex again but this time I wore a condom. I have been experiencing pain in my penis when it rubs against my underwear. However, it has not been painful to the touch. Upon inspection I found what may be bumps on my penis but it could just be glands. I would post a picture but I am unsure as to how.
