Is this herpes?

I had unprotected oral sex with a girl about 2 months ago and then protected vaginal sex with the same girl the next week and I noticed the same day a small little bump on the base of my penis and I popped it about 4 days later. It's still there but my doctor said it's just a cyst. But about a month ago I started feeling pain at the tip of my penis and on the left side of my scrotum and after I changed the type of underwear I wore the testicle pain went away but the penis pain is still there. Could this be herpes? I got tested for ghonnorreha, clamydia and all came back negative. I'm just really scared that it could be herpes could you guys help?

The question regarding whether it sounds like herpes or not has been answered previously.  Considering that you have also had a negative test, further conversation here would only be repetitive. Please follow up with your physician regarding your symptoms.

In my experience with folks who have a high anxiety over hsv. Lower back and leg pains are common due to stress and tightness. Look up stress symptoms.

I have no idea but in the absence of lesions I wouldn't suspect hsv

I forgot to add that the ranges were

1.09 positive

So does this mean it was negative or equivocal?

The ranges were
Less than .91 is negative
.91-1.09 is equivocal
And greater than 1.09 is positive
Means your test was negative

No it surely doesn't.

This surely doesn't sound hsv related. None of your symptoms suggest you were infected with hsv.
